  2. Freír primero costillas y a los 5 minutos echar el pollo hasta dorar ambas cosas. Añadir cabeza de ajos partidos por la mitad a la larga, ñadir el pimiento rojo cortado en tiras grandes y el pimiento verde cortado en tiras grandes.
  3. Dejar freír todo junto a fuego no muy fuerte 5 min. Añadiremos 1 cucharadita de pimentón dulce. Echar 1 vaso grande de agua previamente calentado 1min. al microondas con 1 pastilla de caldo de pollo.
  4. Dejar reducir el agua unos 10 minutos. Añadimos medio vaso de tomate frito, dejar freír todo junto, echar sal y agua hasta un poquito más abajo del borde de la sartén y dejar reducir a fuego alto 10 min.
  5. Cuando haya bajado el nivel del agua en medio dedo aproximadamente, echremos el arroz. Yo hago una linea con el arroz partiendo la sartén en dos partes iguales, tiene que verse el arroz por encima del caldo. Repartir el arroz a ambos lados con una cuchara de palo.
  6. Justo después echamos 1 cucharadita de colorante, una pizca de pimienta y otra de sal (esto a gusto) y movemos lentamente para que se mezcle. Dejar reducir el caldo a nivel medio bajo durante unos 20 minutos aproximadamente.
  7. Cuando se haya consumido el caldo por completo, retirar del fuero y dejarla reposar 5 minutos con un trapo limpio por encima. En una hora aproximadamente puedes estar lista tu paella.
