  4. Preparamos la salsa con 2 cucharadas abundantes de mayonesa, una de mostaza, un buen chorro de aceite de oliva virgen extra y un poco de vinagre de manzana o limón. Revolvemos bien.
  5. Servimos la salsa por encima de las laminas de pollo y sobre ésta, el bacon. Increíble que rica está!
