  5. Ve colocando en una fuente una capa de espinacas, garbanzos, pimientos y pollo. Coloca los tomatitos cherry cortados por la mitad, espolvoréalos con sal y pimienta, riega con la vinagreta y decora con el resto del perejil y las almendras (yo las puse tostadas y peladas).
  6. Puedes sustituir el pollo, por filete de pavo, y si te gusta también puedes sustituirlo por bacalao desalado.
