  2. Lavamos los pimientos y los cortamos en cuadraditos y en las misma satén donde hemos sofreímos la carne sofreímos los pimientos una sofritos añadimos la cebolla cortada en juliana cuando está este sofrito.
  3. Una vez sofrito los pimientos y la cebolla se le añaden los tomates triturados y se deja cocer durante 5 minutos, transcurrido ese tiempo se le añade los guisantes y la habichuelas y las habas añadiéndole un poco de agua y dejándolo cocer durante 10 minutos.
  4. Se le añade un poco de agua si le hace falta y se deja hervir durante 5 min y se le añade el arroz, yo lo añado en forma de cruz y queda bien.
  5. Y lo dejo cocer durante 10min y se le añade un poco de agua si le hiciera falta una vez transcurrido ese tiempo se deja reposar y ya esta listo.
  6. Emplatar o poner en tuppers, yo lo pongo así y tengo para dos o tres veces.
