  2. Lavar las judías verdes y trocearlas, yo las corto pequeñitas porque en casa no gustan mucho y así se las comen. Cocer unos pocos minutos en agua con sal, refrescar, colar y reservar.
  3. Trocear el pollo y poner a dorar en una sartén con aceite y los ajos troceados durante 7´a fuego fuerte.
  4. Añadir las setas troceadas y dejar cocer unos 8´tapado.
  5. En una sartén poner la mitad de la mantequilla y saltear el arroz junto con las judías.

  7. Apagar el fuego del arroz y añadir el resto de la mantequilla. Remover hasta que se deshaga.
  8. Moldear el arroz apretando con una cuchara.
  9. Desmoldar en una fuente y colocar la mezcla de pollo y seta en el centro.
  10. Servir de inmediato.
