- Cocinarlas en horno precalentado a 190º C unos 15 minutos aproximadamente. Darlas vuelta en la mitad de la cocción. No dejarlas secar.
- Servirlas acompañadas con tomates cortados a manera de gajos espolvoreados con orégano y aliñados con sal y unas gotitas de zumo de limón. También echar unas gotitas de zumo de limón a las milanesas (opcional).
- También las puedes acompañar con queso crema 0% de grasas espolvoreado con una cucharadita de orégano.
