  4. 2 cdts Polvo de hornear
  5. 100 gr Manteca

  18. Tomillo 2 cucharads
  19. 2 apio
  20. 100 gr Queso patergras
  21. 100 cc Crema de leche

  1. Preparar la Masa:
    Mezclar en un bol la harina junto al polvo de hornear y la sal, tamizar y poner la manteca cortada en trozos y con la ayuda de un tenedor o con la yema de los dedos deshacer hasta que quede bien deshecha.
  2. Hacer un hueco en el centro y poner los huevos, mezclar e ir agregando el agua fría según se necesite, hasta conseguir un bollo suave, la masa no se amasa.
  3. Con un palote se estira la masa de aprox. 1 cm de espesor y se forra un molde untado con manteca y enharinado de 24 cm de diámetro.
  4. Preparar el Relleno:
    En el microondas se ponen los echalotes picados con 50cc de aceite, luego se pone el arroz Thasmi con el caldo caliente y otra vez al microondas durante 8 minutos, repartiendo el tiempo en 2 minutos cada vez, para retira y revolver. Al terminar la cocción, salpimentar, agregar los huevos batidos y el queso, mezclar y reservar.
  5. Por otro lado se ponen en el microondas las pechugas en trozos con los echalotes restantes durante 4 minutos, al terminar la cocción salpimentar, condimentar con eneldo y tomillo.
  6. Por últimos incorporamos el apio piciado el queso rallado y el huevo batido con la crema de leche.
  7. Armar el Pastel:
    En el molde que forramos con parte de la masa, se agrega el relleno, se reparte de forma homogénea y se cubre con tiras de masa haciendo un enrejado, hornear durante 30 a 45 minutos a horno moderado y después Glup!!!!!!
