  2. Una vez asadas las berenjenas les quitamos la carne con una cuchara y desechamos la piel. Introducimos la carne de las berenjenas en una máquina que nos triture todo ya bien sea una batidora, turmix o lo que más utilicéis en casa.
    Ponemos en ella: la carne de la berenjena asada, el ajo, media cucharadita de pimentón dulce, media cucharadita de anís molido (si lo tienes en grano lo machacas bien en un mortero), el zumo de medio limón, una cucharada de Tahini, un chorrito de aceite de oliva y sal.
  3. Trituramos todo bien hasta que se queden todos los ingredientes bien mezclados. Guardar el Baba ganoush en un recipiente cuando esté frío en la nevera.
  4. Decorar el Baba ganoush con pimentón, un chorro de aceite de oliva y sésamo por encima y a comer!
    Se puede comer con pan árabe (marroquí) a la sartén el cual está la receta subida en cuenta de Cookpad y queda buenísimo.
    Otra opción sería coger tortitas, cortarlas y hacerlas en el horno para que queden crujientes.
