  8. Vamos a montarla. Yo pongo en una bandeja apta para horno una base de papel vegetal. Así luego, para emplatar, es más fácil de manipular.
  9. Ponemos una lámina de pasta, encima una del sofrito de salchichas, encima una de berenjenas. Repetimos estas capas hasta que se nos acaben.
  10. Acabamos con una de pasta y encima, ponemos una capa de la salsa de queso, esparcimos unos piñones y orégano y lo ponemos al horno a gratinar. A unos 220° hasta que lo veais doradito.
  11. Sacamos del horno y dejamos enfríar un poco para poder manipularlo mejor.
  12. Emplatamos decorando con un chorrito de aceite, más orégano, pimienta y cebolla crujiente. ¡¡ Listoooo !!
