- Las ponemos sobre un plato y cubrimos con film transparente, metemos al microondas durante 5 o 6 minutos a máxima potencia. (cuidado cuando retiréis el film).
- Mientras se va haciendo, ponemos aceite en una sartén y ponemos al fuego, añadimos la cebolla picadita y los dientes de ajo picados y cocinamos hasta que esté de color transparente.
- Añadimos el pimiento verde sin semillas y bien picado, cocinar hasta que esté pochado. Troceamos las setas y añadimos a la sartén, cocinamos todo.
- Una vez tengamos la berenjena echa, con una cuchara sacamos la carne de berenjena cocida y la añadimos a la sartén con el resto de ingredientes, añadimos un poco de sal, y ahora añadimos la nata (si no la queréis usar queda bien también pero le da más cremosidad).
- Añadimos pimienta molida y yo puse un poco de cúrcuma en polvo. Cocinamos todo un par de minutos. Rellenamos la berenjena con este relleno y cubrimos con queso rallado por encima.
- Gratinamos en el horno de 5 a 10 minutos y listo.
