  2. En una sartén con un buen chorreón de aceite Salteamos la cebolla y el pimiento cortado muy pequeño cuando lo veamos listo añadimos la carne picada salpimentar y refreímos sin parar de remover, reservar hasta enfriar
  3. La berenjena le ponemos otro papel encima y secamos. La hacemos en la plancha y reservamos
  4. Le quitamos la piel al tomate lo cortamos y freímos, en un recipiente apto para horno lo ponemos de fondo
  5. Ahora en la carne picada añadimos el huevo duro muy picado y las aceitunas sin hueso igual, mezclamos todo, empezamos a preparar los canelones
  6. En una loncha de berenjena ponemos una cucharadita de la carne y enrollamos terminamos poniendo un palillo para que no se suelte
  7. Una vez listos todos los canelones los ponemos sobre la cama de tomate frito, le echamos queso rallado por encima y al horno, 180 unos 20 minutos
