- Cortas pequeño la pulpa y la añades a la sartén con la cebolla (+sal).
- Añades el tomate triturado (+sal), dos vueltas y a continuación la caballa de bote, hasta que lo veas homogéneo.
- Ya tienes el relleno preparado, así que rellena las berenjenas, que ya tendras en una bandeja para el horno.
- Batir el huevo.
- Verterlo por encima del relleno, después espolvorear con pan rallado y por último el trocito de quesito encima.
- Con el horno precalentado a 200ºc. Introducir la bandeja y dejar unos 15- 20 min., de todos modos en dorar la cara superior ya puedes apagarlo.
- Así quedó al sacarlo del horno.
