Enharinar cada filete doblemente y luego pasar por el huevo batido junto con la nata, sal y pimienta. Freír en aceite caliente hasta que se doren. Reservar.
- Poner una capa de berenjena empanada y dos lonchas de queso partidas por la mitad.
- Cubrir con el resto de pasta y acabar con el resto de berenjena y queso en lonchas. Por último esparcir el queso rallado y 1/2 bote nata para cocinar. Llevar al horno precalentado a 200 °
