Repetimos las capas y al terminar, cubrimos con aceite de oliva virgen extra (importante que siempre estén cubiertas), tapamos y dejamos que vayan macerando.
  4. Cuanto más tiempo, mejor saben pero desde el primer día se pueden consumir. Yo las conservo en nevera en tarro grande y voy añadiendo aceite para que siempre las cubra. Si se hace en botes pequeños se puede hacer la conserva, hirviendo al baño maría durante media hora. En despensa duran mucho tiempo.
