Es mi primera empanada que hago yo con masa de harina,ya que siempre las hago de hojaldre por que llevan menos tiempo de elaboracion, las suelo hacer de morcilla,pero ya que me e tirado mi tiempo haciendola e querido cambiar los ingredientes y bueno nada mas deciros que a estado esquisita :)

  1. Preparamos lo que vamos a usar para hacer la masa.Hacemos un volcan en la harina.
  2. Añadimos todos los ingredientes y vamos removiento todo y mezclandolo todo,hasta que compacte y usemos las manos para amasarla mejor,añadiendo mas harina si es necesario hasta que quede apretadita.
  3. Cuando quede bien compacta la ponemos en un plato y la tapamos con un trapo o papel fil, 30 min hasta que doble su tamaño. La guardamos en la camara frigorifica.
  4. ---Preparado del relleno----
  5. Cortamos todo al corte brumua,cebolla calabacin,pimientos.
  6. Hechamos la cebolla y los pimientos y pochamos, y por ultimo el calabacin,añadimos sal y pimienta.
  7. Apartamos el sofrito y hacemos el pollo ala salten,con un poco de sal y pimienta.
  8. Mezclamos todo el pollo y el sofrito y le añadimos medio bote de tomate mezclandolo todo muy bien.
  9. Una vez tengamos todo,sacamos la masa del frigo, y la partimos en dos mitades,y la elaboramos dandole forma cuadrada alos dos trozos que hemos partido,una sera de base y la otra de tapadera de nuestra empanada,metemos el sofrito mezclado cn el pollo, en la base y con otra mitad de masa ya estirada la ponemos encima, haciendo de tapadera de nuestra empanada,una vez puesta las dos capas vamos cerrando con un tenedor,los lados dela empanada.
  10. Echarle huevo batido para que dore, pinchar con un tenedor la masa,meter al horno 180º por arriba y por abajo durante 20min y este es el resultado.
  11. Vista desde el corte, es de decir, que ha salido buenísima y muy gustosa os animo a que la hagáis :)
